The only slam which makes is 6 by North/South.
On a trump lead, South wins with the lowest card possible, finesses spades and takes the A, A, crosses in clubs, takes the K and ruffs a spade with a high trump. East cannot overruff, so must pitch a club or underruff. Declarer now plays two rounds of diamonds then four rounds of clubs.
At then end, East ruffs West's good heart.
