It is a bit hard to fathom, with a mere six top tricks, that North/South
can make game at all, much less that they can make game in hearts.
On any lead, declarer can take the spade ace, the heart ace, four minor tricks
and four minor ruffs.
The reason this works is that East has the short suit in both minors, and
holds only very small trumps.
